The Carisbrooke Inn of historic Ventnor NJ, only minutes from the Atlantic City Casinos and just steps from the beach offers the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The Inn is decorated with themes from the Victorian era offering wonderful visual details of high ceilings, ornate moldings and a commanding center staircase. A multi-course homemade breakfast is served in the parlor which has a view of the ocean. Each evening our popular wine and refreshments is served on our ocean view deck in the summer and fireside in the parlor in the winter.
Breakfast is always an event to remember! Guests love Westine’s Waffles, an old family recipe, the Spinach and Gruyere Strata (a new twist on Spinach Quiche) or light and fluffy Buttermilk pancakes using a recipe developed at the Inn.
