There’s no better place to spend the 4th of July week or weekend than in a Ventnor City Bed and Breakfast Inn. There is much to do in this area on the Fourth of July. Each year the Ventnor Beach Volleyball Tournament, hosted by The Arch Riding Center is held at Cambridge Ave on the beach (by the fishing pier) is attended by dozens of players from all over America and hundreds of Ventnor visitors; you will find great food and great action.
The Ventnor Boardwalk offers a great (and uncrowded) view of fireworks from Atlantic City. If you would rather join the crowds but avoid the parking problem of Atlantic City catch a Jitney Ride at the corner of Jackson and Ventnor Ave. (which can be an adventure of its own) to one of the Firework Displays offered by the Atlantic City Casinos.
Free Fourth of July Beach Concert
From Ventnor City it’s only a short (1 mile) walk on the boardwalk to the Atlantic City Hilton where there will be a series of free beach concerts starting at 6 PM with the Beach Boys on July 4th. The next day the free concerts continue starting at 5 PM with a performance by Three Dog Night and on the following day July 6th an afternoon concert with the Bruce Springsteen tribute act, Bruce in the U.S.A. will complete a concert filled Fourth of July weekend.
